There are cases that involve the county criminal search results for some counties or parishes to be returned between 72-120 hours, but this depends on factors such as location or remoteness of the courthouses, courthouse days of operation, etc., but most cases are as stated above, and range between 20-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
